Due to an issue with our platform provider, some customers experienced higher failure rates on the API. Customers would have seen 404's resulting from our API endpoints between 18:04 UTC — 22:35 UTC. All 404s can be safely retried.
We're working on better monitoring to alert our users to unexpected availability issues sooner.
