The issue has been identified as an authentication problem with Cloud Grafana data sources.
This affects a small percentage of all Cloud Grafana customers If customers are still seeing problems they should raise a ticket and we'll investigate.

We are investigating an issue with 401 Unauthenticated errors when connecting/querying certain data sources from Grafana instances in the us-west cluster.
