We are continuing to monitor new orders, as well as re-rendering backlog of orders.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and new postcards, letters, and checks are rendering properly. Backlog of unrendered orders are being recociled.

Identified

PDF previews and thumbnails for postcards, letters, and checks is functional but has extremely degraded rendering times. We are actively investigating the issue.
