This issue may have impacted gateway customers' MO / MT messaging from / to T-Mobile, as well as DLRs.

Queued messages have been fully processed.

We will post Resolution once our queues are fully drained. This may take about 60-90 minutes.

Zipwhip Operations has identified messaging latency issues with T-Mobile. T-Mobile is actively engaged.

This issue may be impacting gateway customers' MO / MT messaging from / to T-Mobile, as well as DLRs.

Zipwhip is currently queuing messages for T-mobile. Those messages will be processed once we regain full connectivity with them.
