A fix has been published and we will continue to monitor. Engineering is also reviewing recovery for outgoing manual emails during this incident. Please contact Support@AnytimeCollect.com to report any outgoing lost emails that could be related to this issue in order to include in the recovery.

Update
We have identified that any outgoing manual emails, including reply emails sent after 4 pm EST will not create any email record. These emails will need to be re-created / re-sent once this issue is resolved.

An issue was identified and reported at 6:30 pm EST related to outgoing emails, manual emails or reply emails. Engineering has identified the cause of the issue and working to fix asap. Please postpone any outgoing emails until this issue is resolved. This issue does not affect automated emails, AU or EU clients
