Some balances are displaying incorrectly

We’ve fixed the problem and all balances should now be showing in the app as normal. You’ll also be able to withdraw from savings pots. We’re really sorry for any distress or trouble this caused, and we’ll be looking at what we can do to avoid this happening again in future ❤️

Investigating
Savings Pots and some main account balances are showing in the app as $0 or £0. Rest assured that this is a display issue only so your money is safe and you can keep using your card as normal. You may be unable to withdraw from a savings pot.

Our engineers are working to fix this as quickly as possible and we’ll keep updating this page when we know more.
